Ramon Urdaneta started with Marin Pet Hospital in 2016. He is a native of Mexico where he held the degree doctor of veterinary medicine. After coming to the US, in 1986, Ramon took to becoming a veterinary technician. We are very privileged to have his skills here at our clinic. He spends his spare time at home with his family, 4 Chihuahuas and an African grey named Ruby.
Victoria Benson is a Marin County native who started here at Marin Pet Hospital as a kennel attendant in 2011. Since then, she continued on her studies and received her Registered Veterinary Technician license in 2014. She worked in the veterinary field in Oregon and then most recently in emergency before returning to us in November of 2019. This has given her a background in general practice as well as emergency and critical care. We are very excited to have her back with us.
Rachel Barnes started at Marin Pet in 2003 as a kennel attendant. She graduated from UC Davis with a BS in Animal Science with an emphasis in Reproduction and has now returned to Marin Pet Hospital as a veterinary nurse. Rachel has a passion for animals, but specializes in canines and is a successful English Setter breeder and dog show handler. Her dogs are well known nation wide and she prides herself in breeding healthy, well tempered dogs.
